Payment – Shipping Methods

Cash On Delivery: You pay when you receive your parcel at your door with cash on delivery. For payment by card in cash on delivery, for the time being it is required to receive the parcel from an Elta Courier store and prior consultation with the branch in your area. The COD method is allowed for amounts up to €500.
Payment by Deposit: To our company’s Bank Account, with no additional charge and with the message payment for receipt accompanying the tranfer for retail customers or for wholesale customers company name and invoice number. Buying by Bank Deposit assumes that the customer will have to complete the deposit in order for the package to be shipped. If, the deposit process is not completed within 3 working days from the day of the order, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the order without warning the customer.
Product deliveries are made through the ELTA COURIER company within 1-3 working days, except during periods of general courier workload, where more days may be needed. Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed immediately. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card: (no extra charge). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards. Payment is made through Piraeus Bank’s secure payment platform.
